Fabian Bello is a Husband, Father, CEO, Entrepreneur, Speaker and Author

In addition to his first two main responsibilities as Husband and Father, Fabian is a founding member of Journey Aviation, a Part 135 Operator based in Boca Raton, Florida, USA with multiple locations and aircraft throughout the world. Under his leadership, the company has demonstrated notable growth since its inception in January of 2014, exceeding $500 million USD in total revenue within its first decade in business, while establishing itself as an industry preferred quality operator.

Prior to entering the aviation industry, Fabian worked as a Senior Executive for a top worldwide logistics company with over $3 billion USD of yearly turnover, where he was responsible for Operations, Business Processes and Quality for the Americas Region. In addition to his extensive business knowledge, he has vast experience working with and uniting diverse cultures worldwide; particularly Hispanic, European, Asian and of Arabic regions.

Fabian has an innate ability of bringing and keeping individuals working together in pursuit of a common goal. Getting things done effectively, efficiently and with the buy-in of all related parties is one of the strongest attributes to his management style, which has been key to his ongoing success.

As an industry leader, he is consistently invited as a guest speaker at different aviation conferences throughout the world. As a business leader, he is a regular guest speaker at the University of Miami School of Business Entrepreneurship class.

Most recently, Fabian published his first book; (re)Made in America, An Immigrant’s Journey to the American Dream. It is the story of his family’s trajectory to America from Havana, Cuba. He shares intimate stories of his upbringing and how his parents set him up for success. Knowing that his success was mainly attributed to “mindset,” he shares his personal views on today’s America, providing a possible different perspective that may be helpful not only to immigrants and minorities, but to all of humanity, alike.
